direct messaging\Peacock TV offer

I am a Diamond Xfinity Internet member and received the Peacock Premium benefit email, but the Peacock activation entitlement is missing from my Xfinity account/StreamStore. I need the Diamond Peacock benefit attached to my account so I can activate it.
