Dinsey Plus not recognizing my xfinity

I get disney plus and hulu included. I cant not get either (mainly disney) to be active with xfinity. I activated other streaming services fine. I have spoken with xfinity and disney customer service, and stopped into the local xfinity store. No help. Seems to be a glitch. One screenshot of my account showing i activated the others. One screenshot showing disney is “Status” only. No button to activate or showing active. Everytime i am routed to the pay subscription page of Disney when i log in to disney. If xfinity wants to credit me $12.99/mo then problem solved!
