Diamond Member "Peacock Premium, on us" Activation Process

There seems to be no way for Diamond members to activate the free Peacock Premium reward. I have tried every suggestion in this support forum and find that the links to click on are not in my account once I log in. I also cannot send a direct message as suggested in a post from February 2026. I realize the entire rewards program was revamped earlier this year so I'm wondering if this reward is still available? If so, how do Diamond Members activate it as of April 2026?

Good afternoon user_ymciqy. You have reached the right team. I will be happy to assist you further. Are you able to see the Peacock Premium On Us, under Xfinity Benefits, or under Redeemed Benefits, at all? Or is it just not showing at all for you, currently?

On the https://www.xfinity.com/membership page, I see the list of benefits for Diamond members that includes "Peacock Premium, on us." I cannot locate this benefit anywhere in my account. It is just not showing at all for me.

Have you had Peacock previously under another promotion, such as having speeds of 1GB+ up? If the benefit is already active, then adding on the Diamond Rewards would not apply,

We had a Peacock account under my wife's email address when Peacock was first launched and was free for all users, but maybe that was a promo for current Xfinity customers. She cancelled it when it became a paid service. I don't recall the details but think she signed up on the Peacock website then linked it to our Xfinity account which is under my email address, not hers.

I see, thank you for that context! And the Xfinity Membership is also under your email, correct? Since things may have been done via Peacock directly, we do recommend ensuring that any account are cleared out from that site first. I would suggest looking under both email addresses. 

 

How do I cancel my Peacock plan?

It turns out there was a Peacock account under the same email address as the email on my Xfinity Membership. That account did not have an active subscription so I went ahead and permanently closed it with Peacock so there is no longer any association with it and my email address. I received the confirmation email this morning from Peacock that said the account was closed. I still do not see any options for activating the free Peacock subscription for Diamond members. What else needs to be done to activate it?
