diamond member ..for peacock activation

I then received the email telling me to activate Peacock. When I click the activation link, it takes me to Manage Streaming Services. It says “Next: Peacock Premium”, but Peacock Premium is not listed and there is no Activate button.

The StreamStore instead shows paid streaming services and a checkout total of $72.45/month. Now its $109. I am NOT trying to purchase any streaming service and I have not checked out.

I believe my free Diamond Peacock benefit has been redeemed but the Peacock entitlement has not been properly added to my account.

Please refresh/fix the Peacock entitlement on my account so that Peacock Premium appears with the free Activate option. I would like to resolve this online and do not want to purchase anything.
