Device Not at Home Error Message on Xfinity Stream Roku TV (no cable box)

I have a TLC Roku TV (no cable box attached to that TV).  It works entirely with my Netgear modem in my bedroom.  We only watch 2 news channels with it, and they always came in on Live TV on Xfinity Stream with no problem at all.  All of the sudden today those 2 live news channels stopped streaming and we are getting an error message that says "Device not at Home".   Then it tells you to download the app to your phone and watch TV that way.  It also implies that I am using a wifi that isn't mine.  I do have another TV in the living room with a cable box and that works fine.  It's only the streaming app that I have a problem with.  I called and spent 3 hours with 2 live agents in Xfinity tech support.  I shut off the wifi, turned it on again from the router, pulled the plug on the TV, turned it on again, signed out on the app, signed back in, uninstalled the app, and reinstalled it.  checked for updates, whatever they said I tried and nothing worked.  I signed into my wifi with my private password and switched from 5G to 2.4 back and forth also which did not work.  I finally put the Xfinity Stream App on my mobile phone and the live TV lineup appeared along with the news stations I always watch live.  On my Roku TV sometimes you will get the lineup of live TV and sometimes just a few strange channels in Spanish I never heard of and nothing else.  So the problem is only with the Xifnity Stream App on my Roku TV (with no cable box).  It always worked before so I don't understand why now all of a sudden it just stopped working.  And it's only for live tv and news stations, otherwise it works.   My Roku TV works perfectly on every other app, youtube, Amazon Prime, etc.  We are getting internet.  It's just the Xfinity Stream App, and just the live TV part where we get this strange error message.  Please help if you can.
