Deleting scheduled recordings.
This service has the ridiculous habit of recording repeats so I have hundreds of recordings that have to be deleted. I do this in the app on my pc cause when you do it on the DVR it takes you back to the beginning, so not user friendly. For over a week I have been trying to delete these recordings, I delete one, maybe two and then get the message that there was an issue and their team knows about it and take a breath for 20 seconds, and can't delete nothing else, AND the ones I was able to delete, are back on the schedule. So the biggest issue is that they will be recorded, then the cloud will fill up and all my older recording I want to watch online, I can't, because they are no longer there because the cloud is filled up. A day or two I can understand, but over a week, come on now. Anyone else have this issue?

I would like to ask a few additional questions to see if we can help. When you manage your DVR recordings are you managing this from the DVR box itself, or are you using our Xfinity stream app? -
