Dateline recordings have no audio
Recently, I have started having the issue of having no audio to some of the recordings I have set. I have all manner of recordings set and they all work fine except for the Dateline show. There is audio during the commercials and as soon as the show resumes the audio is cut. It would be perfect if it was the other way around. This has been happening for a couple weeks now. Other details are that it works fine on my iPhone but i'm not trying to watch anything on my phone and also I am accessing Xfinity through my laptop and not from a tv in the house. Ive only accessed Xfinity in this way and I never have had an issue until now. Please help!

I am sorry to hear that you have been having this issue. If you have lost audio during a DVR recording, you should manually restart your box by pressing and holding down the power button for 10-15 seconds then pressing it again to restart.
