Continued buffering

Why is my streaming service buffering all day everyday?  Netflix does not buffer only xfinity stream.

Since the issue is only happening on Xfinity Stream, it’s likely related to the app, device, or connection path rather than your overall internet speed. Let’s try a few quick things:

 

Close and reopen the Xfinity Stream app (uninstall and reinstall preferred) 

Restart the device you’re streaming on

Check for any app or device updates

Try streaming on another device (to see if it’s device-specific)

If you’re on WiFi, try moving closer to the modem or testing with Ethernet if possible
