Consistent audio drops on apple Xfinity Stream application

From this morning I got consistent audio drops on Xfinity Stream app through Apple on two iPad and iPhone.  I tried every tips I found online. Doesn't help. I have no problem with application on android phone. Please help

I have the same problem across two phones, and an ipad; I have deleted and added the stream and xfinity app twice.  There are a lot of posts from July 2024.  None seem to help

It sucks that nobody cares. I found old posts from 3 years ago —Xfinity blaming Apple, Apple blaming Xfinity. Can you believe it? We're paying for this, though. Hope someone will resolve this.

Hello user_f6vnm0 , sorry to hear you are having audio issues with the Xfinity Stream app on Apple products. Does the audio issues happen for everything you are watching? Does it happen over Wi-Fi and data usage? What troubleshooting steps have you taken so far?
