Connection problem 3305

I’ve been on the phone for 40 minutes with xfinity to fix this problem and not successfully
It worked until 2 days ago . Everything else on phone works. Any idea of the problem

what browser and operating system is installed on your PC? have you tried using the Chrome browser?
