You've contacted the right place for assistance if you're still experiencing issues with access TBN from the Xfinity Stream App. I logged into https://www.xfinity.com/stream/ and was able to pull up TBN and view the current live programming. Please let me know if you're still not able to access the channel I'd like to investigate further.

- What device(s) are you using to try and view TBN? - Are there any error codes or messages that populate when trying to view? - Have you attempted to view on a different device/browser? - Have you attempted to clear cache/history of device, and if your using the Xfinity App is it up to date?
