Comcast Peacock Premium

Comcast keeps telling me my subscription includes Peacock Premium, but I don't receive it.  Whenever I try to stream it, I am told I must subscribe and pay $5.99 more per month.  When I call customer assistance, they push you to text instead. So I texted and the messages I got told me to call customer service!  What a joke. I called a third time and I was told the wait would be 18 minutes.   I was on hold for 50 minutes and then they disconnected my call. They LIE !!!!  Worst service in the world.

I got it to work by using my Xfinity (Comcast) email address. Create an account with that and maybe it will work.

@philco52 Thank you for your response and for letting us know what worked for you. You are correct, many of the issues that have been reported with the Peacock Premium Redemption have been linked to the original email address that was used to create the account to begin with is the one that needs to be used to redeem the offer. Like many customers, there can be many emails to attempt, so it can take time, but we are very happy you got it to work.
