code 00148 tv code problems

I have a 2021 Samsung TV. For the last 3 weeks I get a tv code 00148 when I try to stream tv. Today I solved the problem!!!!!!!  Many calls to xfinity, two tech visits, talked to tier 2 support. Service techs kept blaming coax feed or modem. Tech support kept blaming Samsung and Xfinity software problem. All it took was to install the latest software on the Samsung tv. Tv was set to auto update software but I manually installed newest software. EASY  Even I could do that. SHAME on Xfinity.
