CNBC sound drops

Multiple platforms (iPhone, laptop, TV). CNBC sound will drop out for a few seconds intermittently, consistently at end of commercials. Have seen other similar, earlier threads but the issue persists.

Thanks for responding. Different networks (home, Xfinity WiFi, Xfinity 5G/LTE/whatever is available). Same app, and same issue. For example, I could be in a random location on iPhone/5G or LTE and the audio drops, same as if on my home network (using app via Apple TV). The one constant is the app. Appreciate the help.

I completely understand how aggravating it is to have the audio consistently cut out, especially when you are trying to watch something across multiple devices. Since you are experiencing this issue across different devices and even when you are away from home using cellular data, this strongly indicates that the problem is specific to the Xfinity Stream app itself, rather than an issue with your home Xfinity service or equipment.

To confirm, is the Xfinity Stream app and the operating systems (iOS, etc.) on all your devices fully updated?

Hi, thank you for responding. Yes, all my devices are up to date. The sound drops are happening pretty regularly today (11/11), most frequently the last 3 or 4 seconds of every commercial (I don't actually mind that too much - haha). Thank you.

@user_slq9p5 Thanks for confirming all of your devices are up to date. Have you by any chance tried to delete the app and then download it again to see if that helps resolve this problem?

Hello, Yes, I deleted and re-added to the phone and Apple TV. Still dropping.
