CNBC Freezing - using Roku on Xfinity Stream

Keeps freezing past three days…. Is Xfinity working to fix this? Other channels seem to work…..

Hello, @noonenone is CNBC through Xfinity Stream the only channel experiencing this issue on your Roku device? Is there another mobile device you can test the stream app on? Does the freezing repeat on the other device?

NedwardG Thanks for reaching out about CNBC freezing while using the stream app. Since the issue started have you tried to reset the gateway to see if it helps fix the issue?
