Closed captioning timing is way off

My CC is way ahead of the voices which is frustrating on Xfinity stream The words or CC is already off the screen by the time the voice says those words. Doesn't match up at all. So CC is several seconds ahead. Restarted both X1 box & modem but still the same on all tv's in my house.
