Chernobyl Audio Issues

Hi, I'm trying to stream the last episode of Chernobyl on my PC (episode 5) and the audio is...wrong. I don't know how to describe it but it sounds slowed down and altered, and downright creepy. Either way, this isn't the case for the other episodes, or for any other show on HBO/xfinity as they played fine. Plus, this only occurs during the episode itself when the dialogue starts (approximately 4 minutes in). The audio for the advertisement in the beginning plays fine. Finally, the same thing also happens when I tried it on a different device, so I don't believe it is a hardware issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

A follow up to my previous post. Was on the phone 32 minutes, they insisted it wasn't considered an outage and told to check back in 24 hours, call ended. I updated my post about it not considered an outage and a few minutes after I noted here that it isn't an outage, support called back to say it is now considered an outage and are working to resolve it. Apparently outage is a keyword to use in a post if you want them to resolve it.

Chernobyl part 5 sound is not working. Sound works for portion of episode that recounts previous parts but it garbled for actual part 5. We have experienced this outage since Friday. Have tried to watch numerous times since then and restarted X1 box. Nothing fixed it. Reported to Comcast Saturday night , they said not aware of any outage.

I'm having the same issue.  I corresponded with Comcast but they said they didn't have any reported issues with the program and recommended I restart my Xfinity system.  That didn't help.

Well, just got off the phone with Comcast -- you know that's a treat -- finally received word that engineers are aware of the problem (they need to hit button 5 folks... a bit of humor for those of us who have watched episodes 1-4). The more people that call the better -- ask for compensation as well.

It's not like we don't know how it ends, but cannot believe we can't watch episode 5. Thanks for calling Comcast. Hope they fix it soon.
