Checking Resolution of Xfinity Tv Streaming on Laptop

I am streaming Xfinity tv in edge browser on my laptop. It is a DVR recording in 1080p but the stream looks more like 720p even though I have gigabyte speed X1 wifi (about 700mbps download speed)

I'd like to check what resolution I am receiving and anything I can do to be sure it is 1080p?
How can I check what res I am viewing?

Like is there a better browser to use on windows 10? I am using Edge Browser.

the original if broadcast channel (local) is 1080i or 720p. if a cable channel 720p.
