Channel Lineup Modification Issue

I am new to the Xfinity Stream app using my Apple TV. I understand that the default configuration of the Live TV channel setup goes by numerical order. Why can I not change this alphabetically and/or by topic and subject? I should not have to go through 125 channels and make them my favourites to view what I want and then change when otherwise needed. I appreciate your help.
