Channel line up not available on Roku

My Xfinity stream on my Roku device channel line up not listed. I have unplugged /deleted / reinstalled the app issue not fixed is there any resolution for this issue?

@user_051921 Hello, thank you for taking the time to reach out and make us aware of your concerns. We have been experiencing some issues with the Xfinity Stream app, and working hard to resolve any lingering problems you may still be having. Has anything improved since your last message?

I am having this same problem on all my Roku devises. I have uninstalled the app, unplugged my devices and all it shows is Gold Rush episodes purchased through Roku and not Xfinity! Why can't I get the channel line up?

I am so sorry that you aren't able to get the lineup! Unfortunately, this post is from November of last year. If you could please go in and make a new post so anyone else who might need this help could see it as well!
