Captions in wrong place on screen

Xfinity Stream live TV channels on a Roku streaming stick put captions in the center and near the top of the screen. Worst possible screen location, obscuring people's faces. Text is all uppercase even though the accessibilty settings are not asking for all caps. Caption text moves to the bottom of the screen and is mixed case when commercials come on.
