user_cnzkzy,

Thank you for reaching out. We understand how frustrating it can be when the Xfinity Stream app isn’t working as expected on your Apple TV. Recently, we heard from serval customers reporting the same concern, and I know it hasn't been easy to navigate.

We have some updates on this issue, and many customers are now reporting successful access. We recommend uninstalling and reinstalling the app on your Apple TV, as this can help clear up any lingering issues from recent changes.

After I ask that, Please ensure the device is connected to your in-home WiFi, as the message indicates. If the problem persists, don't hesitate to get back in touch. We're here to help!

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

I have the identical problem. Xfinity Stream was working on my Apple TV but it stopped working a couple of months ago. An Xfinity representative told me this is a known bug, but in the great tradition of Comcast, it hasn't been fixed.

Will it be fixed? Who knows? Maybe Comcast just stopped paying rent to Apple or whatever the arrangement was. In the meantime, I was sold this streaming package with Xfinity Stream and it isn't delivering through my streaming device, which happens to be Apple TV.

If it's any consolation, Xfinity Web sites are not compatible with the Safari browser on the Mac either, despite Comcast's claims to the contrary. Maybe Comcast and Apple are feuding.

DirtyDeal Thanks for reaching out! Have you tried going through the activation steps again to authorize the Xfinity Stream app to work with your Apple TV?
