Cant watch my Live TV

Tried watching live tv and was met with only the Xfinity TV GO channels using my Apple TV. I had no issues 2 days ago and I have been paying for live tv since 2021, so where are all my channels? Tried contacting several support people and they each inform me that I don't have a channel package selected for my account, but my current bill and all bills since mid 2021 say otherwise. I see that this same issue happened sometime last year so hopefully it can be fixed soon.

Could you please send our team a direct message with your full name and full address? 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://comca.st/3EqVMu7

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

 - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

 - An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
