Chris74656 Hello! Thank you for reaching out to us here on our Community Forum. In order to turn off audio narration, while you are in your Xfinity Stream App or site, go to the Settings Icon > Accessibility > toggle 'Audio Description' Off.

The "Audio Description" setting lives under Language Settings / Audio Options.

Note that, if you are running Windows, separate from Firefox and from Xfinity stream Windows has a built-in screen reader. You can check its settings under Settings / Accessibility / Narrator.

ETA: Narrator

The Xfinity rep was clearly wrong and has no idea what he's talking about.

As you say audio options is under language setting but wow as usual Xfinity is messed up, under Audio Options the choices are "English" or "Audio Description" and you have to have the setting set to "English" to turn off that audio description nonsense.
