Can't stream
I have internet and phone, but I can't stream. I'm told my device is off line when it isn't. I can't reach the xfinity customer service number. It goes to a fast busy. I can't even reach the outage map.

Same here in western PA. Can't stream. Others nearby on NextDoor are saying their whole cable is out (set top boxes). So it's not us, it's them! (Gotta love how they blame-shift by telling us our devices are offline... and yet here we are... ONLINE.) :D

Hi, @twelfthofnever! Thanks for reaching out about using the Xfinity Stream app. I apologize that has been giving you trouble! We never want that and will get things working once again. Are you seeing the offline message when you try to view content or when you are troubleshooting in the Xfinity app? What type of device are you using to stream with?
When the app is not working we recommend:
Ensure the Xfinity Stream app is up to date.
Log out, clear your cookies/browsing history on your device, restart the device, then login and try the app again.
