Can't stream to pc

We were on chat about not being able to stream but the rep could not help, was going to escalate us but we could not stay on chat any longer. Basically, we get this error when try to connect to the streaming service (Error ftde.provision.accountMismatch) and we are supposed to sign out and sign in again and all would be magic ... only it does not work ... just a continuous loop of signing in and out and no streaming to our pc. Anybody have a clue?

call 800-Comcast and select billing. ask the agent to fix the username that you are using to only point to your current active address/account number.
