Cant connect to stream on Roku

I downloaded the Xfinity Stream app on my Roku device and I follow all the instructions to activate it, yet I get a message that says "Unfortunately, we can not support high speed data customers without a video subscription. Check out xfin.tv/shop to subscribe today. Yet on the app on my phone it says stream shows at no extra cost get the Xfinity Stream app and on my computer I am able to watch it and have no issues whatsoever with the app. Even on my desktop it says Xfinity Stream is included in my service. How do I go about being able to get it activated on my Roku device to watch on TV
