Can't activate Apple TV through Stream Saver

I recently added stream saver to my account. I was able to activate peacock and Netflix with zero issues. However, under my streaming subscriptions page, next to apple tv plus, it says "Information is unavailable" and no link is available to activate.  It's been 4 days and phone support did not fix it.

This appears to be an ongoing issue. I am a new customer that is experiencing the same thing. Been nearly 2 weeks of being on the phone with support for both Xifinity and Apple. My status is when I click on "activate" the popup shows saying "You’re leaving Xfinity to activate Apple TV", when I click on "Activate AppleTV", nothing happens. The link does not work. And for additional context, the activation worked initially, but after 30 days, the Xfinity backend cancelled the AppleTV on my account and severed the connection.
