Can't access all content

On Xfinity Stream, I can't access shows that I pay for as part of my TV package. Many of the shows have the money symbol on the right side and when I click on the program, it asks if I want to subscribe. I'm signed into my account, so it's not that. Does anyone else have this issue?

Thank you for responding. We do have an X1 box, but this problem is on my computer when trying to view Xfinity stream. I don't use a VPN and we've had the same modem for about three years. I've been using the xfinity website for years to watch shows and never had this happen before.

do you have a working X1 set top box in your home? is your device connected to your own home WIFI? so you have a VPN turned on? did you change the modem/gateway out lately?

note a few of the channels you pay for but can't get using the computer. use the xfinity my account app, select the TV tab and then select "View channel Lineup" link. find those channels. all listed there?

I just went to the my account page, selected tv and am getting a "we're having trouble finding a signal" message. Even though the tv is working fine, this could be part of the issue. Will reboot the X1 and see what happens.
