Cannot watch local channels on Xfinity stream app at home
I have 3 TVs in my home; 1 running an Xfinity cable box with the “Ultimate TV” plan, and 2 other TVs using Firesticks and the Xfinity Steam App. When I’m attempting to watch some of the channels using the Xfinity app on the Fire TVs - such as the local Boston network TV stations, NESN, CNN, and the local Weather Channel (these are some of the channels that I cannot access, not all of them) - I get a message for each of these channels that states “connect to in-home wifi to watch”. I AM at home and I AM on the in-home wifi network when attempting to watch these channels on the Fire TVs. I can get all of the channels that I pay for in the Ultimate TV plan on the TV with the Xfinity cable box so this doesn't make sense. I need to be able to access all of the channels from the Ultimate TV plan on all of my TVs in my home.

Hello user_5cthde , Thanks for reaching out here on Xfinity Forums. That error message usually pops up for people that are using the stream app on the go. Just to double-check and it sounds like you did this. But going into the network settings on each fire stick it shows them connected to your main Wi-Fi network name?
