Cannot view recordings through web browser

I cannot see my recorded shows when using a web browser (doesn't matter which browser). All I get from the Saved > Recordings page is "You have no completed recordings yet." The recorded shows were done days ago so I know they've completed recording. I'm not full as it says there's only 12% space used (4 recordings).
