Cannot stream on my second tv
Need help streaming live guide on my second tv. Representatives couldn't figure out the problem so they sent me a stream box for my smart tv which I'm not supposed to need. Even with the stream box I still cannot view local channels. I had to miss a football game because I cannot access my local channels. How can I stream my live guide and view my local channels on my second
tv.

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
A "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
