Cannot activate Peacock Premium Gig Speed offer

Hello,

I recently signed up for Gig speed internet with 5 year price lock with Xfinity which included free Peacock Premium for 2 years. I have followed all the steps to activate including using the Xfinity.com/yoursubscriptions page as well as the Xfinity.com/activate-peacock page with no luck. There is no button to activate the subscription. I will include a screen shot. I have chatted with customer support multiple times and was told notes would be made to my account and someone will reach out with a solution with no follow up. Please help.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forum's page.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

• Click "Sign In" if necessary

• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)

• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "to" line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list

• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

• Press Enter to send your message

I'm having the same issue. Talked for over an hour on the phone. No resolution. I've been DM'ing on here with support. They said its a known issue, but I have not had it resolved yet.
