Cannot access Peacock Platinum Membership Reward

I reached Platinum Level Xfinity Membership on Jan 21, 2026 which qualifies me a free Peacock Premium subscription. My membership rewards log-in still does not list the benefit link. Furthermore, at the activate-peacock link it messages me. 

We’re sorry, your account isn’t eligible for this Peacock offer

How can this be corrected?

@user_417qq0 I'm having the same issue. Have you figured this out yet? I contacted support and waiting to hear back with a resolution from them.
