Cannot access Apple TV through Streamsaver

I have Xfinity Streamsaver. All of my subscriptions are working other than Apple TV. I do not recall getting an activation email. When I look at my account page, it says the subscription is active. When I select "stream now", the page tries to have me accept a free trial. I've tried logging in with my Xfinity ID and password but that information isn't being recognized. I am paying for the subscription so I would like to know how to log in and watch.
