Cannot access all recordings in DVR via web or iPhone/iPad
The mobile app constantly does not show recordings that have been made. I can look on my recordings on the TV at home and simultaneously look at the mobile device and they are always different. Why has Xfinity not resolved this situation. This is not a 'In home wifi issue'. This is a software bug that no one should have to pay for.

@user_9prqge Welcome to our community forum! Thank you for reaching out so we can answer your questions about your recordings that are stored on the cloud. While paying for DVR service, you should have access to the last 150 hours of recorded content online. How many hours of content do you have saved to your physical cable box? You can read more here.
