Same problem, can no longer find the option on my account to cancel. Used the chat feature last night, they couldn't cancel. Called this morning, talked to a nice guy that tried, he couldn't find it to cancel it for me either. He sent me a link with instructions to try again on my end, no luck. Can someone please get this cancelled for me???
