Cancel AMC+ and Cancel ALLBLK

I got slammed on my bill for Jan 2025 for a few extra dollars for subscriptions to these two streaming services I never knew I had and I never watched as best I can recall.

I do have other streaming services that I do want, but not these. How do I get this off my bill? How many hoops are they going to make me jump through?

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
