can not activate peacock

I have the 1.2 gig internet with the 2 yr peacock premium. I have had no success getting it activated.  I have been on several phone calls to support and support chats too.  I keep getting a message that I am not eligible for the promotion even though I have 4 emails telling me to activate my subscription.  I was told by an agent in the Xfinity store my account was coded wrong and basically I was out of luck. I am beyond disappointed in Xfinity. I have other free subscriptions through other services and it was so simple to set up.  I just feel like I've been deceived about the promo

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

Click "Sign In" If necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)

Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon

The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person".

Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window

Press Enter to send it
