Worked fine when I shut it off last night, not this morning.
unplugged and re-plugged numerous times.
Screen said "problems on our end"
Can't get an agent, [Edit: Language] AI computer only.
Everything is connected.
Upside down F persists.

@kam1955 I recommend using the Xfinity app and perform a system refresh on that box. Hopefully that solves the issue. Select the Services icon at bottom. Then in TV & Streaming choose Troubleshoot TV issues.
