Buffering

When streaming Utube, Netflix, Amazon prime and Paramount+ I have to constantly reconnect, I keep getting an alert on insufficient broadband and I  only have 1 laptop connected. I close all other channels and the issue remains. Same with resetting the router. Was the band reduced in pandemic and never reset? If so, then you must fix it or lower my bill. Other providers in my area. Just tell me what Xfinity plans are. This service, as is, is below acceptability.

We did not do any changes to bandwidth or anything other than network improvements to help with customers being online more that have led to our Next generation upgrades currently coming out!
