Buffering problem with Xfinity streaming app onLG Smart Tv

I have been having a buffering problem for MONTHS. I updated the Xfinity app when prompted, I have deleted and re-added the app, rebooted the gateway, and the TV. I have reviewed the suggestions on the message boards; NOTHING has helped. I have several other apps that have ZERO buffering issues including Disney Plus, Prime, Netflix, Tubi, and many others. It has become exponentially worse since the recent update. What is it going to take to get this app to work properly?!? Are you guys using the same programmers as VyStar?

@user_mlmoore59 Hello, thank you for taking the time to reach out to Xfinity Community Forum for help with your Xfinity Stream issue. I understand the buffering is happening from your LG Smart TV, but does it also do it when trying to stream from another device like a cell phone?
