Hi there, @user_2b3cc5, thank you for taking the time to reach out to us through our Xfinity Forums. I love having the option to watch TV on various devices apart from just a TV. I can understand how annoying it would become if the connections is not reliable. Please rest assure you have reached the right team for assistance.

Is your Xfinity Stream the only applicaiton that is having an issue? How often does this occur?

When it happens over Ethernet ,which is quite often, a pop up comes up saying if I’m streaming over Wi-Fi my signal is weak. Well I’m not over Wi-Fi so WTH? Tired of paying out all this money and getting subpar delivery. Wi-Fi watching on tablet buffers just as much if not more.
