browser xfinity stream is always fuzzy and low quality.

watching tv via xfinity stream in chrome or firefox results in low quality fuzzy video. 

watching on the tv is just fine and as far as i can tell on the phone is on to on wifi. 

how do i improve the video quality? it seems like its not buffering to the HD quality on a CH marked as HD.
