Black screen channel charge! Channel.

Charge channel won't load, just get black screen. All other channels ok. Have done all suggested fixes and diagnostic tests have been done by xfinity but still black screen. This has been happening for 3 days. I'm using xfinity streaming but neighbor who is on xfinity cable has same problem. Obviously disconnect between broadcaster and xfinity.  Please get this fixed
