We do partner with UPS where there is the wonderful option of returning equipment to a certified UPS store, you can locate a store through this link: theupsstore.com/tools/find-a-store.
You can also return the equipment to a Xfinity service center, where the equipment will be scanned into inventory by one of our great store experts. You can find a store and hours of operations, as well as schedule an appointment to save time: xfinity.com/stores.
