Beta app is blurry on Samsung
Just a few days ago we started noticing that the screen is blurry when there is motion. I did a restart in TV to no avail. I'm on the gig plan so bandwidth not the problem. Any recommendations would be helpful.

I am having this issue as well. It only began after the update. Still frames are fine, but all motion is blurred. Also have a Samsung.

Hi, @diddyp. I hope you are well. I'm sorry to hear the Xfinity Stream Beta App on your Samsung TV has not been performing as expected. I can certainly understand how a blurry picture can make things hard to enjoy. Does this happen for every network or piece of content you attempt to watch? Have you noticed the same problem when using the app on the another device like your laptop or phone?

Same problem here after the app updated. The app is basically not usable since the update.

Same problem here. I actually just bought the Samsung TV for a huge reason the Xfinity Stream would work on it. I am very disappointed and I understand from reading up on it online it's a Xfinity app issue. When will there be a fix?

I am having the same problem. My issue is that we are still paying you for service that isn’t functioning. You should reissue the old update to Samsung owners for a temporary fix maybe. We must have some kind of resolution to allow us to enjoy our service. Please move with much more urgency.
