Beta app is blurry on Samsung

Just a few days ago we started noticing that the screen is blurry when there is motion. I did a restart in TV to no avail. I'm on the gig plan so bandwidth not the problem. Any recommendations would be helpful.

I am having this issue as well. It only began after the update. Still frames are fine, but all motion is blurred. Also have a Samsung.

Hi, @diddyp. I hope you are well. I'm sorry to hear the Xfinity Stream Beta App on your Samsung TV has not been performing as expected. I can certainly understand how a blurry picture can make things hard to enjoy. Does this happen for every network or piece of content you attempt to watch? Have you noticed the same problem when using the app on the another device like your laptop or phone?

@XfinityVianney​ I am having the same problem on my samsung smart tv's since you updated the xfinity stream app.  I see hundreds of people complaining about this but I see no solutions offered.  This only happens on my Xfinity Stream Beta App.  I have Hulu, Netflix, Paramountplus, Disney, Espnplus, Prime Video and yet the Xfinity Stream Beta App is the one that constantly blurrs the picture.  Watching any sporting event is out of the question. 

Prices keep going up but quality can't keep up.  I will be looking for alternatives. 
I would love an answer that points to a solution.

Same problem here.  I actually just bought the Samsung TV for a huge reason the Xfinity Stream would work on it.  I am very disappointed and I understand from reading up on it online it's a Xfinity app issue.  When will there be a fix?

I am having the same problem.  My issue is that we are still paying you for service that isn’t functioning.  You should reissue the old update to Samsung owners for a temporary fix maybe.  We must have some kind of resolution to allow us to enjoy our service.  Please move with much more urgency.

I am sorry to hear you are having the same issues @user_eace74. I know how frustrating this is. As asked, are you having this issue with all channels/networks? Have you tried uninstall/reinstalling the app yet?

@user_eace74​ Just like the other owners, it makes no difference whether reset or uninstall.  It does not change.  Please give us the old update asap. We need you to resolve this instead just apologizing.
