Beta app buffers A LOT

Beta app freezes constantly making it impossible to watch. We have boosted speed. We can watch Netflix with zero issue. Any suggestions on how to make this work before I go back to using a box?

what device are you using to stream? does a smart phone/tablet located in same physical location work well?

I am streaming on Samsung smart tv. Yes, app works great on my cell phone...

you might try connecting the TV's ethernet port to the back of the modem/gateway and see if the problem is fixed (for testing). you may need to set up the TV's networking menu to select wired instead of wireless.

Thank you. If it fixes the issue, what does that mean? And if it doesn't fix the issue, what is next step in troubleshooting or what do you suspect could be the problem? Why does it work on my phone and not the TV?

if the Ethernet is used (in settings) and the problem clears up then it is the TV not receiving a good enough wifi signal.

But if I can stream Netflix from same TV without issue and if I can stream the beta app on my smart phone in same location without issue, how can it be wifi related? Is it possible there is a beta app compatibility issue with my Samsung QLED?
