Bad service [Edit]

I had optimum for.several years and had no problem with streaming or playing games. I recently moved and had to switch to xfinity and wow. Now crunchyroll just sits and spins and my Xbox games glitch. I spent money on the good plan and I have this [Edited: Language]. It took me an hour to watch one episode of an anime from crunchyroll  that would have been 20 minutes on optimum.
