Back office provision error new customer

Just switched to xfinity 3 days ago not able to stream on. iPads or iPhone using latest software version 13.3 receiving Back Office Provision Error 

exact message Failed to provision account through accountProvisioningWebService this is received on both iPads , called customer service, was unable to resolve, just was disconnected on call decided to use this forum , also why is ID channel,available on xfinity that's really only 2 channels I watch ID and Oxygen , not looking good as new customer
